Ourdoor Adventure Program
We have an outdoor program that helps students enjoy nature while learning hands on skills to keep after they leave. Our program will include all the Camp Columbia favorites such as Arts and Crafts, Canoeing, Orienteering, Outdoor Cooking, Archery, Skit/Talent Nights, Wide Games and Campfire ALL led by the Awesome Camp Columbia Staff. This program was originally developed by Royal Oak Middle School and the Saanich school district but has been tweaked to fit the needs of your group and our camp. Our Camp Director spent 3 years directing these outdoor education camps and is eager to have you participate again. Program and activities are based off the Grade 6 IRP’s determined by the BC ministry of Education. Work-books will be provided for each student. We have sample schedules for you to see upon request.
This is a guaranteed way for your students to enjoy the beginning or end of a school year with a lasting memory while you can rest knowing our program is engaging, educational, fun, and safe for all.
