There are two ways to make a contribution to camp. You may donate through Donate Now Through CanadaHelps.org!Canadahelps.orgor use the Camp Columbia website to make a contribution.

This 2009 we have a special thrust to increase our contact with you and your contact with the camp. Your support is vital for this essential part of the church's mission to continue. To this end, we invite you to consider making a financial contribution to Camp Columbia. There are different levels of support listed below.

As a Suppporter, you will receive:

  • * updates on all Camp Columbia related news via our newsletter emailed to you;
  • * a charitable tax receipt for your entire gift. (On all amounts greater than $25)
  • * a year end report on programs, events, and the people of Camp Columbia including Parish Dinners, work weekends, and the summer program!


Friend of Camp Columbia

a Friend of Camp Columbia is an important first step in assisting Camp Columbia in its mission. You can become a Friend with a donation of $29-$209. Your donation can be made from a credit card, or instantly debited from your personal bank account. Donations of all sizes are welcome and we are happy to start this relationship with you.

Team Builder for Camp Columbia

Camp Columbia needs your help all year round. To become a Team Builder, you can pre-authorize a monthly donation of $20 or more to be automatically debited each month from your bank account or from your credit card. This spreads your gift out over the year making your budgeting easier too! You can also make one time donations. You can become a Team Builder for $209-$2009.

Corner Stone for Camp Columbia

Camp Columbia Corner Stones are people, organizations or parishes who share a burning desire to further the mission of Camp Columbia for future generations. Columbia Corner Stones make an annual contribution of $2,009 or more in support of Camp Columbia. This can be made in a single donation or by regular monthly payments. The ongoing commitment of our Corner Stones provides Camp Columbia with the building blocks we need for this work.

Legacy Gift for Camp Columbia

Camp Columbia Legacy Gifts are donations that will last forever helping to sponsor things like major work projects and capital campaigns. Anglican Church Woman (ACW) donated $25,000 in 2004 towards the building of new shower heads and a new roof on Heneage. All gifts $25,000 or more help ensure the organization will continue to move forward meeting all the changing demands of our church and community!


Change in a Year

Save your change for Camp Columbia! We are asking you to set aside a jar, marked "Change in a Year - Camp Columbia", and to place all your pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters (loonies and toonies certainly welcome) in that jar. We believe all change happens in small steps and many of us making small change results in big things. January 1, 2009 - January 1 2010. Start saving and see what we can do! Everyone of all ages can help out. Let us know that you're participating and we'll send you a Camp Columbia sticker to put on your jar.

Thrifty Foods Smile Card Program

Thrifty Foods is offering a 5% rebate going directly towards Camp Columbia with the use of their Smile Cards. To get a smile card that contributes towards Camp Columbia, please call Camp Columbia and we'll send out a card that has been activated and coded to Camp Columbia's account. This is an EXCELLENT way to support camp just buy doing your daily groceries! Instructions on how to use the card will be sent with the card. 1-866-946-3751

Canadian Tire Money

We use the money to buy tools and supplies for the upkeep and maintenance of Camp Columbia.

Capital Support

You may prefer to donate to the rebuilding of camp directly by fully or partially funding one of building or redevelopement projects. Capital building projects are currently being developed. For an update on current projects and building priorities at camp, please contact the Camp Manager, Eric Yue.

General Support

You may prefer to make a undesignated donation. We always have several areas of camp that can use assistance. If you wish to donate money that the camp will designate to the most needed area(s), you will be notified of how the money was used..

Print off the Supporters Form and send, phone in or fax it to us, stating that is 're: Supporters'.
