7th Annual Camp Columbia Fundraiser Dinner/Auction

This February 23rd was the 7th annual fundraiser auction dinner held at Olympic View Golf Course. For those people who couldn’t make it, the new venue proved to be well worth the trip!

With approximately 90 people in attendance and over 120 auction items, there was a lot of buzz around the auction items. This year we had donations from over 50 different businesses and groups as well as individual donations from dedicated Camp Columbia people. Ian Gibbs and Mike Adams were hosting our live auction and Eric Yue was the emcee for the evening. Shannon Rigby-Jones was the quarterback for the entire event and with the help of her parents, everything ran very smoothly.

We’re estimating that we made over $8000 this year that goes towards providing an enriching summer experience for campers in 2008! Thanks to all those who attended and all the wonderful businesses and individuals who contributed towards our auction. It would not have been successful without you.
